PennDOT Making Significant Strides with Stimulus Funds

Although the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act is barely two months old, Pennsylvania Transportation Secretary Allen Biehler said this week that PennDOT already has awarded $129 million in bridge and highway projects from the $1.026 billion in federal stimulus money.
