PennDOT lets $47 million in November
The state Department of Transportation (PennDOT) put out just over $47 million in projects in November bringing the year-to-date letting total to just above $1.7 billion. To date, the department has let a total of 796 projects. PennDOT also released its 2011 forecast. Read more
