PDSITELOGO2DOT issues latest clean-energy grants to seven mass-transit systems
The latest batch of projects selected by the Federal Transit Administration (FTA) for its Low- and No-Emission Vehicle Deployment Program (Low-No) recently was unveiled.

The program aims to support transit systems dedicated to implementing clean-vehicle technology within their networks.

The FTA said a total of $22.5 million was awarded to seven transit systems in five states.

SEPTA plans for feasibility study to restore rail service to West Chester
If someone was interested in hopping aboard a train in West Chester, they would have to do it for just a trip down memory lane instead of commuting somewhere.

However, that may change.

The Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA), in the middle of laying out its five-year financial plan and 2017 budget, is planning to do a feasibility study about restoring rail service to West Chester.
