Commonwealth seeking volunteers for ‘Pick Up Pennsylvania’ litter campaign

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and PennDOT are seeking volunteers for “Pick Up Pennsylvania,” a campaign of small-group or solo litter cleanup events, Sept. 1 – Nov. 30.
