Bipartisan effort addresses Pa.’s autonomous vehicle industry

State Sen. The largest electric vehicle charging station in western Pennsylvania was recently installed in Pittsburgh.

Freight movement through 10-county region will be studied in 2022

The Eastern Pennsylvania Freight Alliance proposes to develop a multi-regional freight plan for the 10-county area composed of Berks, Carbon, Lebanon, Lackawanna, Lehigh, Luzerne, Monroe, Northampton, Pike and Schuylkill counties, covering nearly 400 municipalities within the region.

Revenue Department releases December revenue results

The Motor License Fund received $208.5 million for the month, $14.2 million above estimate. Fiscal year-to-date collections for the fund – which include the commonly known gas and diesel taxes, as well as other license, fine and fee revenues – total $1.4 billion, which is $61.3 million, or 4.5 percent, above estimate.
